Globe High’s Amanda Mowrey is county’s Instructor of the Calendar year | Education

Amanda Mowrey of the World Substantial School District is this year’s receiver of the Gila County Instructor of the Yr Award. She was introduced a plaque and a $500 check at the Aug. 3 assembly of the Gila County Board of Supervisors.

Mowrey is a World native, who graduated from World Significant School in 2008.
