Jacksonville parents turn to homeschooling after Uvadle

Cecilia Payne, mother of three, stated she thinks homeschooling is the safest for children.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Homeschooling might be an extra job for moms and dads, but Jacksonville mother Cecilia Payne says it truly is well worth it.
