Michael Kruger, Ph.D., named dean of TCU School of Science & Engineering
Teresa Abi-Nader Dahlberg, provost and vice chancellor for Tutorial Affairs at Texas Christian University, has appointed Michael Kruger, Ph.D., dean for the Higher education of Science & Engineering, the next-major higher education at TCU.
Kruger has served as dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at the College of South Dakota because 2017, overseeing 17 departments and 9 centers and institutes. Previously he was affiliate dean of the Higher education of Arts and Sciences at the University of Missouri-Kansas Town from 2013 to 2017.
At the College of South Dakota Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Kruger increased cash reserves 7-fold and reduced the yearly funds deficit by 50 percent. He secured much more than $2 million in advancement attempts and facilitated a 38% boost in analysis funding.
